The Jaz Self Propelled Shower Commode Chair from Raz Designs is an affordable shower commode chair that provides exceptional comfort. The frame is a durable molded composite that is very easy to clean. A contoured seat and soft flexible back are the keys to the Jaz SP’s comfort. Flip-Up arms help the user set up straight and provide seating support.
What Makes This Different:
The Jaz SP has a unique height adjustable seat that requires no tools. The seat can adjust from a low of 19” to a high of 24”. The range can easily accommodate many user heights as well varying heights of many types of wheelchairs or beds to make transfers as easy as possible. The flip back armrests will also help to make transfers easy. Also making transfers easier than many other shower commode chairs are the swing away, removable legrests. To make transfers as well as use of the chair more stable, dual locking casters come standard. To help maintain cleanliness, the Jaz SP comes with a commode pan and lid that includes an anti-splash baffle and high-gloss surface to make cleaning easy.

The Jaz-SP gives the user the freedom to move in and out of the restroom on their own or be assisted with the push handles by an aid or attendant. The Jaz-SP has standard features such as the height adjustable seat, contoured seat, flip up armrests, swing away legrests, and a soft and flexible back support to provide excellent comfort. The dual locking casters, easy to clean frame, and commode pan all promote safety and cleanliness. Plenty of options are available for additional support, comfort, and positioning. An overlay for the seat can provide additional comfort and pressure relief. Pelvic and chest belts can be added for safely securing the user in the chair for those with concerns of sliding or remaining upright. If the user needs assistance beyond a chest belt to remain setting upright, swing-away lateral supports are available. Quick release axles can be added to make transport easier. Even a head support option with a molded pad is available for those with neck control needs.
Raz Design warrants all frame components to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. All other components on the Raz Mobile Shower Commode Chair are covered for a period of one (1) year and are subject to normal wear and tear exclusions
